A native of Connecticut, Anthony M. Carbonella III was born and raised in New Haven. He attended Notre Dame High school and graduated from the University of New Haven with a B.S. Degree in Criminal Justice. In 1982 Mr. Carbonella graduated from California Western School of Law. While studying for his law degree, Mr. Carbonella was a member of the Law Review. He received several honors including the Distinguished Service Award in Clinical Legal Education.

Steven Walsh grew up in Hamden Connecticut, where he attended Hamden High School. Mr. Walsh went on to graduate from Fairfield University with a B.A. in Political Science. In 1985 Mr. Walsh received his law degree from New York Law School. He is licensed to practice law in New York State as well as Connecticut.
